Options to RSUs
Hypothetically... if my company was to offer to exchange unvested options for RSUs, should I do it? Say the exchange ratio was around 1/3 RSUs And does anybody knows why would a company want to do this? Does it help with their financials at a time like this? #personalfinance #rsu #options

EquityAPI May 21, 2020It does happen from time to time. It’s usually 2:1 ratio for Options to RSUs. It depends on the company if it makes sense.
