Options trading sucks, trading regret
Sold most of my nvidia shares last year to do options trading on stocks like Nvidia and spy and lost 50k in 2022 and 120k in 2023. If I just held onto nvidia shares I would have been up 600k atleast. There is no get rich scheme through options , you just have to hold shares. F*** options trading #engineering #software #options

Were you buying options? Or selling them? I’ve heard buying is way more riskier and high chance of loosing money.

You can still make decent amount of money if you are selling. Especially if you are using spreads you can even reduce the risk.
And if you bought LEAPS on Nvidia, then you would have been posting a different story
