I read briefly about marbles. What are those and how do you cash them in
It's more or less a fancy term for profit sharing The companys profits are divided by #marbles and everyone gets a share of the profits based on how many marbles you have 1 marble ~= 1.5-2.5k I have read on here that there's a slight regional adjustment too (i.e. US marbles != EU marbles) but some other dude commented the difference would be negligible I have also read that to incentivize individual performance there's also some individual wiggle room for your comp but it's based on and around the marble value
