Optum interview difficulty
Should I be really good at LC to pass? Or is just easy questions? Haven’t studied in a few months #optum
prepare for annihilation. even a complete understanding of every algorithm and data structure ever conceived can not steel you for the immediate destruction you will face. your body will be shattered, your mind in ruins, every orifice beaten and bloodied. you'll be lucky to make it out with your life and, if you are so lucky, will spend the rest of your days on life support unable to eat or breathe without medical device aid

Everything Citadel said is true, from Optums perspective. If your a sane human being then they have super easy interviews if you have any experience. I didn’t even prep for mine, it was more of a get to know you and make sure your not a psychopath talk. Except one data engineering team, they take their interviews super seriously have almost 70 percent turnover every year and work on some of the easiest shit optum has. No idea what that’s about but most SWE interviews at Optum are fake
