Oracle | Principle software engineer interview

Hi, I have a final round of interviews for Principal member of technical staff (OHAI) . It’s going to be a 5hr long (1hr each). Any insight on what to prepare , what’s their focus area? What’s the difficulty level ? Do they focus more on behavioral or leetcode? Thanks in advance if you can help. 10 years of experience TC: actively searching for an opportunity #oracle Location: Remote , USA

It's all team dependent... just make sure you are prepared for everything.

It’s OHAI , Oracle health. Any idea ?

Good luck, we ask a lot of binary tree problems so make sure you’re studied up. Oracle tagged on leetcode premium can also be helpful. Bar for hiring is lower in OHAI than OCI but offers may be a bit lower, caveat is OCI WLB is a dumpster fire. Good luck, we can use the talent.

Can you please elaborate how dumpster fire it is?

Not quite as bad as TikTok from what I’ve heard. Perf review is once per year. With a mid year check in. No pip quota or anything like that but most senior+ are pretty busy and some teams on calls are brutal. Make sure to ask about weekly sev-2 count.
