Oracle Canada employee refer US position
Hi there! Recently I asked one of my previous coworkers to refer me to Oracle in California since I’m currently residing here. She works in Oracle Canada (Montreal). After a week, she told me she can only refer me to Canadian positions, not in the US. I’m very surprised that a top company like Oracle does not support international referrals. Is it really the case or I should ask her to try again with a US recruiter? Thanks! TC: 177k
This is definitely not the case. I’m in the US and I can refer anyone to just about anywhere from the USA to Romania.

I'm a hiring manager at Oracle. Have team members in Canada and U.S. I definitely get international referrals regardless of recruiter or role location.

Oracle has had serious problems for over a decade, it is in decline. Consider yourself lucky.
