Oracle Cloud - Sr PMM Comp?
What can one expect for TC in this role? Sr Product Marketing Manager I’ve heard bonuses at Oracle are at management discretion and not written into offers. Also heard no large RSU grants to start. Can anyone shed light on comp structure in Product Marketing as well as TC for Sr PMM role? Profile: 10+ YOE in Sales, BD, Marketing and Consulting and Top 10 MBA
No bonus so don’t count on it . Sometimes they throw few single digit k$
