Oracle H1B transfer
I am transferring to OCI as a TPM, BAL filed my H1B under SOC code 151333 which from the iCert website is a software engineer/developer code. Also, the LCA is a pre approved one with 10 requests in 1 LCA. I got an RFE. Any TPMs from Oracle having an approved H1B with the same SOC code. #h1b #rfe #oci
333 is for software developers and your title has manager in it. Doesn’t match
@PWC did lawyer submit response ..what is the RFe about? please update how long BAl take time to prepared and approval?

What is the level in lca? Is it a speciality occupation rfe?
LCA doesn't say the wage level. BAL hasn't yet responded with the reason for the rfe.
