Oracle IC5 compensation - seattle
Recently got through IC5 role at Oracle OCI. Looking for suggestions about the culture and compensation. How much can I ask as part of the compensation? This opportunity is for a new initiative at OCI, had a pleasant conversation with HM and architect as part of the interviewing process. Could anyone share details about what to expect in terms of culture, challenges, WLB and operations? Thanks in advance. TC: 450k with stock drop YOE: 11
