Oracle Level 1C-3 Senior Security Analyst Salary Negotiation
Hello Blind community, I recently received a verbal offer from Oracle for a Level 1C-3 Senior Security Analyst position based in Seattle. While the recruiter didn't provide specifics on the entire compensation package, he did mention the base salary would be $147k. Given the title and level of the role, I'm reaching out to get insights on what a competitive TC (Total Compensation) would look like. For context, I come with 8 years of experience in the field and my previous TC was $170k. Can anyone with experience or knowledge about Oracle's compensation structure provide guidance on this? Specifically: 1. What should I expect in terms of RSUs? 2. Any information about the bonus structure? 3. Is the offered base in line with the market or should I negotiate for more? I asked for 180k tc and the recruter said it's already too much. I was hoping for at least 200k tc. Do security analyst in ic3 make as much as engineers in OCI?

Did you receive the written offer? When did you receive the verbal offer ? It takes time to get the written offer
The recruter too me it's too much for 180tc but the job post gives a range from 90k to 178k and possible rsu but not sure why the recruter thinks it's too much.
