It varies heavily based on team. A friend of mine got LC hards in almost all the rounds. Mine was mostly medium at Max and more focused on practical problem solving and system design.
Completely team dependent. I interviewed back in Jan, tech screen was a oops design loop had 2 coding 1 system design and 1 managerial discussions on design flaws/ operational improvement scenarios. BT was super chill LP discussion

LC medium. Recently joined oci . But again depends on team to team. In my every round they asked LC medium but no LC hard
How's the culture and wlb?
Wlb is fine.
I had two questions. Both LC medium. Got the first one, and got 80% of the second one. What are my chances?

LC med for most, hard is random, also you dont have to ace all to pass.
interviewed with them in 2022 for ICT3. LC Easy-Medium, on-site was 3 coding interviews and 1 Manager Interview (which was ½ system design ½ behavioral) In one of the coding interviews they asked a question expecting me to use a O(n) space complexity solution and I solved it using 0(1) space complexity. The interviewer then asked me to solve it using a larger space complexity lol
We don’t like O(1) - it’s too hard to print and see. O(n) is good
