Recruiter putting a hard cap on their initial offer. They are not ready to move the offer by even a cent. Is this reasonable or a massive lowball ? Base: 180k RSU: $320k / 4 = $80k per year Joining: 50k Location: East coast ( HCOL but non-NYC area) Total TC: 260k Has anyone experienced a similar thing where OCI is not ready to negotiate at all? They have very limited openings and many candidates so of course employers market!! #engineering #oracle #oci Yoe: 10+ TC: ~250k
No yearly bonus??
Not for me. Not sure if that’s a thing at oracle
Oracle doesn't do yearly bonus.
oracle doesn’t have bonus component for individual contributors afaik.
Did you mean 3200/4 in RSU
No. I have been told 320k worth of stocks over 4 years.
Can you DM me, am out of DMs
Can I dm you for a referral?
Low balled by 100k per year in my humble opinion
Crap offer, unless you hate your current job pass
Even for non-OCI, the RSU looks less. Unless this is the new normal.
It can take 6 monrhs for verbal offers to get approved. Many get rescinded
Low. Please negotiate for your own sake. IC2 new grad here, joined 1.5 years ago, 235k TC (one appraisal cycle with peanuts in raise/refreshers)
Does Oracle give RSU refresher during annual appraisal before the end of the initial 4 years ?
