Recruiter putting a hard cap on their initial offer. They are not ready to move the offer by even a cent. Is this reasonable or a massive lowball ? Base: 180k RSU: $320k / 4 = $80k per year Joining: 50k Location: East coast ( HCOL but non-NYC area) Total TC: 260k Has anyone experienced a similar thing where OCI is not ready to negotiate at all? They have very limited openings and many candidates so of course employers market!! #engineering #oracle #oci Yoe: 10+ TC: ~250k

Even for non-OCI, the RSU looks less. Unless this is the new normal.
It can take 6 monrhs for verbal offers to get approved. Many get rescinded

Does Oracle give RSU refresher during annual appraisal before the end of the initial 4 years ?
