I have 3 offers with me . With oracle giving me the highest(41 ctc) and Jio(30 ctc) rolling as lowest and Oyo(34ctc) being close to my home. Which one should I consider for better growth? Edit: Please be kind to give some reason for your choice also, so that I can decide on it.
Well share the numbers!! Don’t be selfish.
Edited the post bro
Oracle, any time of the day. Every company has good and bad teams from career growth POV. But since Oracle is comparatively more tech driven, the probability of you getting a shitty work is significantly lower than that in OYO and JIO
+1. The work you do at Oracle will probably be more useful in terms of learning and your future career.
Yeah agree with that. Thankyou
What's your YOE?
4+ yoe
How come Oyo is giving 34 base, lol. I worked at Oyo 3 years back and they totally sucked. Seems like they have increased the salary range
Do share the breakup along with the level/role being offered .... also oracle seems good here in terms of future perspective
OCI is a no-brainer given the options
Oracle
Dont join oci , people here only tc and say you to join . In oci , there is hardly any dev work , 90 % people are on call or ops related work . Plus worst wlb and toxic culture, following hire and fire culture. Join anything apart from oci , you will thank me later.
I had discussion about it with the oracle manager. Work and team seem to be promising according to the discussion.
Every oci manager says the same. They never reveal everything, you will face music once you join there. Toxic culture and bad wlb is synonymous with oci
Hey don't join OYO. Engineering is quite poor over here.
Hey, Thank you buddy for the insight
You can go for OYO as WLB is great also the tech stack is pretty good there in most teams. But increase your TC by showing them the oracle offer, they might increase.
OP can probably ask for ESOPs as oyo might be listing in this year itself
