Oracle Seattle TPM comp
What is the typical TC for Oracle BMC/OCI teams in Seattle? Currently L6 in AWS with 2 years, 7 years total. TC $220. What can I successfully negotiate assuming I make it through?

Bmc/oci is sparta.
Oracle BMC is dead before arrival. Take a good look at AWS and Oracle. One is a sinking ship another is the darling of the next decade.
Not looking for opinion. Just some Numbers if you can help please.
Oracle BMC pays very very very well stock refresh bonus and base is just incredible especially for high level devs. No data on Seattle though but BMC is the best

Still no numbers. All the Oracle BMC comp threads assume SDE. What about other roles?
Also interested in TPM pay bands at oracle as they are always pinging me.
How come L6 in AWS making only $220k? All the numbers I heard were always above $300k.
Maybe recently promoted. And it’s a tpm not dev.
Different job families. Does msft pay TPM and SDE the same?
