Oracle Seattle comp worth considering, compared to AMZN and G?

An L6 TPM @ AMZN. Got an offer from G last week for L5 TPM. Expecting an offer from FB but looks like it will be L4 TPM. Got a cold call from Oracle recruiter. Is it worth spending time talking to Orcl? Is L5 TPM in G better than L6 TPM at AMZN?

AFAIK, the Oracle comp is definitely competitive. You should probably use that as a negotiation tool to get matched at G/FB

Yes, in Seattle they are better than Amazon and Microsoft when it comes to comp. Give them a shot!

Fb and Google are generally tops, but I've seen/heard very competitive over from Oracle depending on level.

We are in desperate need for TPM too, so use that as a lever to get the comp you desire!

It doesn’t cost you anything to listen and interview. If anything, it’ll be to your advantage to have another competing offer. And who knows, you might like us 🤗.

This response reinforces my worries about Orc. We don't value your time attitude without even realizing how horrifying it is for some other work cultures to not value time...

From candidate’s perspective, the more competing offers you have the higher your negotiating power is. 30min call with the hiring manager, same time as you spend on blind (how fast you replied to my post ~ under 30min), can give you an indication of a possible fit. If you do proceed and end up getting an offer, then you can leverage it. Bottom line, is spending a day to gain another 20-100k in comp is wasteful? Ahah, ok. You make sense.
