How much should I ask for salary of TPM IC-4 in Oracle? Level.fyi shows 265k as average compensation with 170 base and 95K stocks. YOE - 5

Thanks for the input but I see lot of folks are getting around 280-320 range . Shouldn't I start with 330-340 as recruiter will negotiate. What do you think ?
