This is a solid offer I would say. Go for it! Why is your current comp low? I’ve friends at Nutanix and they are getting more than you with 1.5 YOE and MTS3.
Lowballed at Nutanix as my previous company was service base with low ctc

WLB on OCI is pretty decent. You won't complain. The only problem with OCi is that salary hikes are little and not regular. Otherwise it is a good offer. There is no job security anywhere but OCI offers better protection compared to legacy Oracle.
Are there any additional annual bonus like Goldman Sachs in OCI and what about refreshers ?

It's a good offer. 4 lpa bonus per year , this is for 2 years? As others have already said, hikes are very little in oracle, but RSU's appreciation can make up for it. BTW, which team in OCI?
As a former Nutanix employee, jump the ship. And it’s a good increase. Sr mts varies a lot at Oracle. It’s like >== MTS 4 because sr MTS at oracle varies from 3-8 yrs work ex
