This is exactly why H1B reform is needed where the employer no longer owns the employees because of dependency on employer to maintain legal status in the country. Breaking this dependence will let the market forces work and benefit everyone in the American labor market except the blood sucking corporations.
They will just outsource everything directly to Eastern Europe and India. But yes, we need a crackdown on h1b
