Oracle offer Vs Amazon University grad

Hello All, I got offers from Amazon and Oracle. I can not decide which one to choose. Can you help? Oracle offer: Base: 130k Signing bonus: 30k Relocation: 10k stock: 3000 RSU over 4 years Location: New Hampshire Work: All the work is on C and PL/SQL. Amazon offer: Base: 108k Signing bonus: 24k Relocation: 6k stock: $75,000 over 4 years. Location: Mostly Seattle. Work: Yet to be determined. Also, It looks that for new Grad amazon will not negotiate.

Tell Amazon to match base, signing and relo of competitive offer

Amazon doesn't negotiate for new grads

It depends. The stocks are definitely negotiable.

Honestly I would take Amazon even though Oracle TC is higher due to location and name brand. If possible get Amazon to match

Thanks. But there is no chance that Amazon will negotiate.

NH all the way. SeaTard is not new grad friendly.

Oracle offer is way better. If Oracle work/domain looks interesting, go for it. Else: For Amazon, ask for the team name and negotiate. Everything is negotiable!

Cost: New Hampshire (live like a king) Weather: Tie/Personal Preference (northeast winters are ass but summers are good, Seattle is cloudy/rainy and can be depressing) Location/Entertainment: Seattle (but NH is probably close to Boston which I'd a major city / has a well connected airport -- Europe is close and high speed rail will get you down to NY/Phil/DC). Networking: Seattle (but with whatever title you get, you could go anywhere). Work-life balance: Probably Oracle Work: No idea. I'm not technical

Amazon fcuked May 2, 2019

As new grad, I would take Amazon over Oracle.

R u hawks or patriots fan?

Just take Oracle. After a year or two you can easily shift to your desired company with a much better tc.
