Oracle offer on hold
Oracle is keeping me on hold for more than two months. First it was quarterly results in December, then shutdown. They have I reviewed me 2 times .. and it seems offer is with board of directors since last two months. I think they are paying and looking for other candidates.
could be a legitimate hiring freeze. it’s Q1 now which means they have more budget, so follow up with your recruiter asap and until they give you a definitive answer.

It happened to me . Got Verbal offer after one month and shared the TC expectations. It’s been over a month, not yet heard back. Recruiter said I sent a note couple of times and HM was not responding 😇

It's been a month. I thought is was just Christmas that slowed it down. Feel like I should get back to interviewing at some other places in the meantime.

I received an offer from Oracle once in August and they kept saying “it’s at the director” then “it’s at the VP” etc etc. In February of the next year, they told me that the offer was not going to be approved and wished me best of luck. I vowed to never apply there again because if it takes that long to get people in the door imagine how much red tape there must be with everything else.
You’re wrong. There is much more red tape than you think.
This is normal. You’re not being treated differently
Normal. Given that the company had been basically shutdown since Dec, and the long hire times... Normal.
Oracle is cheap. Dont go if you have other choices.
