Oracle principal Program manager
Asking for a friend who is a L5 TPM at Amazon for couple years but still about a year away from L6 promotion. Overall 15 YOE. He recently got offer to join Oracle as Principal TPM. Good bump in TC. Would joining Oracle makes more sense given his eventual goal is to join MSFT or google as Principal after 2-3 years?

Msft principal parity but forget principal at G. You need to be a partner at msft or vp at Oracle for that
