Does Oracle match 401k? Any bonuses? How are benefits compared to MSFT or other big cos in bay bay area?

401k is decent . But not good as compared to Microsoft google or other big tech

Oracle 401k is horrible compared to msft. It’s at a lower match and vests over a number of years. Msft 401k is higher match and you get that money right away. I am not counting on any 401k from Oracle except the money I put in. Since Oracle is paying a insane amount more I don’t care.
Oracle matches 50% of a 6% match (3% when you do 6) with a yearly max of 5100. The match vests iver 4 years
