Does anyone know if Oscar Health covers IVF for their employees? I’m considering if I get an offer but am not sure I want to disrupt my ivf changing insurances. #insurance #medical #health
You can also pay for cobra to keep your current insurance
Glassdoor comments under Benefits say they do but I would do COBRA since they are limited at all companies typically to 2-3 rounds or max spend. This way you can use up the rounds on current insurance for this year and start on new insurance for additional rounds in January.
I got a benefits overview with my signing papers. They list $10k lifetime spend with carrot fertility which should cover ivf services.
$10k is very little. Probably just one round. I would definitely not switch insurance until new calendar year in that case.
@Logitch This isn’t through health insurance. It’s a separate benefit. Otherwise the plans are all Cigna options.

Not sure off the top of my head, you can always learn more from your recruiter when they share benefits
