Outlook is so so shitty
Why is the outlook experience so different across desktop, web and app? Doesn't understand the basic meaning of a thread😡 you want me to go to another folder to look at my replies from the same thread🤮 Conversation view is a joke. And the search😩 my 80 yo granny finds things better. So many people posting the same thing since years on your user forum. How far back are yall on these requests lol. The Windows 10 Mail client is even worse. Pathetic. Personally I find OWA the best
Using Outlook still feels like the 90s- Nirvana playing in the background, US chasing aft Taliban, ppl walking without looking at their phones (coz Nokia).
I think Outlook contributes to 18.3% reduction in employee productivity.
