Does anyone have info on outreach.io? The Glassdoor reviews look good. Do they pay well? Grant equity?
I also had a poor interview process with them a while back. The interview process seemed to never end. Not sure how they will survive now that Salesforce has SalesforceIQ.
I worked there for more than a year. Nice people but it's a chaotic environment stemming from the fact that senior leadership has no idea what to do.
I got an offer of around $150k cash + 20,000 shares/4 Idk how to value the options
What level are you at amazon? And what’s your Tc there?
Any idea how to value shares? Talking to the team now and feel pretty great about them, but I don't know how clean their cap sheet is

Question about women in their 30’s?
Miserable interview process.
How so?
They had an incredibly long on-site with 6 or 7 rounds. In two separate rounds, the interviewer pressured me into a solution that I’m relatively certain would not actually work. Leading up to the interview, the recruiter said they were extremely flexible and would offer plenty of time to decide since their process was pretty fast. After the interview, they stated that I only would have 3 days to decide after they provide compensation details. I indicated in that case I’d prefer not hear comp info yet since I had a few other companies in process. They proceeded to call me every single day for the next week. They also scheduled two calls which were supposed to be informational/sell calls with higher ups in the company that ended up feeling more like fairly intense interview calls. When I finally felt comfortable with their 3 day deadline, I requested they provide the comp info and they told me they would only provide comp info if I indicate they are my top choice and verbally accept ahead of being told comp because they are only interested in “people who really want to work there”. A few more days of back and forth and harassment went by with no formal offer or compensation info and I eventually emailed them that I was proceeding with another offer. They never acknowledged the email in anyway; they just stopped all communication. It was a bizarre experience. I was actually pretty excited about them initially; it’s a pretty cool product and the people seemed really passionate about it. I can only assume the comp is well below average given these tactics, but I have no idea since they never provided comp info.
