Overtime at apple ict2
TC~ 150K (w/o joining) I will be starting as an ict2 at Apple in Siri. can anybody explain how overtime pay works at ict2? Can you freely log overtime or does the manager have to approve every logged hour?

Are u in a machine learning role? Typically john G’s org hires new grads at ICT3, so it would be odd to be starting as ICT2..

I was usually clocking 10 hour days for the first year or so before my manager capped me at 8 hours a day. As long as your manager approves, it should be okay.
So you log in the 10 hours and then the manager approves it before it becomes official?
Yeah, you just report your hours worked on Merlin and then your manager approves or rejects it when you submit it.
