Overwhelmed by big names
Do you guys sometime feel overwhelmed while interviewing with these ๐ฆ companies ? Uber Palantir Airbnb . simply because u think the interviewer will judge you by your answers to behavioral questions and might also think you are not worth their time .

No because once you work for a big name you realize it's nothing but people just doing a job lol

Big names doesnโt mean better people. Sometimes it just means more entitled folks with connections. Theyโre not smarter than you.

Given how many engineers those companies have, they almost certainly employ people who are worse engineers than you.
I worry about technical questions.
But there is a behavior section too
That's the whole point of the behavior interview, judge you
