The people I know working there aren’t the smartest bunch. Also, Zulily’s dream is to be Amazon. You’re already there. Lastly, they aren’t a tech company. You at least have AWS. They’re in retail. Don’t expect innovation from them. And if you’re just going to build CRUD webapps, why not do it at a place that will pay you more.
