Do you believe we are living in the time of the end of the world?

I came across on YouTube a preacher who talked about endtime and how these are the final days we are living in. He referenced world events such as the implantable chip that has been approved, the forming of a united goverment and religion, and also that in israel they are going to build this 3rd temple to resume animal sacrifices but they needed a red cow. All of this he pointed out in the Christian bible are to take place before the sign of the end. I researched this stuff against world events, and found out that we A) Have the tech and plans are approved to being microchipping people. One is to be able to tell who has vaccine/tested positive and to make purchases (Bank of Am is pushing for this) B) The Temple Institute in Israel accorfing to their site, are training priest on the old testament rituals C) A red cow was born last year that so far appears to be a good candiate to sacrifice D)Donald Trump and the president of france are working on a peace agreement between Israel and palestine which will allow them to worship on the same spot. I found all of this info on mainstream media newsweek, USA today, NY times. I also found the Middle east peace on Whitehouse.gov Am i just thinking crazy, or is all of this a big coincidence? Please no trolling :(

I ain’t religious and in those terms, wasn’t the end of the world supposed to happen at Y2K or in 2012? I wonder how many doomsday predictions we’ve outlived thus far.

I never saw the end of the world was Y2K.

If you want to scare yourself, read Revelation and take note of how many predictions it makes that have already come true.

I am going to. It is interesting no doubt,

What’s revelation ?

Amazon xgjfdbf May 5, 2020

There are a million preachers out there giving out these prophesies. They also do it in these generic terms so as to have a high chance of superimposing reality on top. After that it is a game of statistics and then cherry picking

Yup responded similarly above. You need to frame your statements with skill. For many evangelists the reward is well worth the effort.

Eh. Christian here. Whilst I think the end of the world is coming soon, by “soon” I mean within the next 100 years or so.

Since you asked, you're thinking crazy

The great prophet has predicted that Trump will be president and the end of this round of civilization. As long as he is holding up his big fingers on nuclear buttons, I doubt it will become true

You think he remembers the launch code?

Covfefe easy one:) he can’t misspell his own typos again.

There has always been a subset of the population convinced the world is about to end— doomsday cults and preachers and that sort of stuff. Look into Nostradamus, Adventism, Heaven’s Gate, just to name a few. None of their predictions have come true (unless you try to force vague predictions to match reality retroactively). Anyone who tells you they can predict the future is a charlatan or delusional. However, people have gotten wrapped up in these predictions to the point of making really bad choices, like making drastic life changes or even committing suicide or harming others— again, see doomsday cults. If these internet doomsday people are getting to you, I would recommend taking a break from them for a while. If it’s really bothering you, it might even help to seek out counseling or other mental health support— being obsessed with this stuff and convinced the world is ending is not normal or healthy. Times are hard enough as it is without that fear on top of it.

Wake me up when they are about to do human sacrifice again.

We already did/still doing. This administration is happy and dedicated to sacrifice 100,000 to 200,000 random Americans life to please Nasdaq gods. It seems the ritual is working!
