10x genomic compensation range
Hi all, i am interviewing for 10x genomics for senior software engineer role and am wondering what their compensation range is. can they reach the FANNG level? thanks TC 220
Well, for starters, the work will be infinitely more fun and rewarding than anything in FAANG. Look at the coronavirus madness - no offense, but it won't be Facebook engineers who save the world, but us and our colleagues from across the biotech industry. Since you will be joining after the IPO, I am not sure we can necessarily match FAANG TCs (though we won't be too far either), but again, people who come to biotech have different priorities.
Got you. I definitely see the appeal of it. But how much lower are we talking about? I think FANNG senior SW is getting paid 300+ total TC
I am in a different department so don't know exactly. I don't think 300 would be too difficult to match, but negotiate hard

Whats the pay range for senior research associate at 10x genomics?, do they pay RSU as well?
Any insight what is the IC role equivalent to Senior software manager and how much compensation can be expected? 15 yrs experience in Tech.

From h1b DB. Their sr engineers got a base salary of 180k. I just don’t know how much stock they are giving
