Working at Panasonic Avionics?
Haven't seen a post about them yet. Any employees who can shed light on what it's like working there? Do you enjoy it? Culture-wise and compensation wise?
What role? Group?
I would highly advise against it. PAC is just waiting to be sold off, or at least feels that way. Constant layoffs, executives nonexistent, departments ran by bunch of morons. Pay is below average. I would look for jobs with airlines if possible.
I would pass. Bad culture. Poor management and treatment of employees.

As others said its a very uncertain time. Overall, its a great place to work but things are chaotic right now.
