With your current background in Nagarro as a service company, Don't go to Ola. You will face intense pressures in terms of expectations and comparisons with other peers. Instead head over to Morgan Stanley. The tech is proprietary, but it will open doors for all fintech sector banks and startups later because of domain knowledge. Haven't seen any reliable data on how ola is doing since pandemic struck, and all their PR is for ola electric these days.

Morgan if u don't want to do any good work in life. 99% of work in Morgan is shit back office work. In back office you just need to blindly do whatever the head of the team says, never disagree with them, just praise whatever idea they give and you can have good appraisal. If you're new to IB, back office is the worst paid part of the bank and business doesn't give a shit about it. Front office is where money is made. Ola if you want to learn and do good work
Op, congrats on offers I would say Ola, even i have heard bad things about the culture but thats the place to learn out of the 2 I would say ask them to match other offer and go for a short stint At morgan, you will get the eyes of fintech recruiters for future but i dont hing there will be good work there
