Any React Native centric jobs out there that can beat 230 TC?

Basically the title says it all. I have been leetcoding like crazy for the last six months - and then two of my friends get 300k+ TC offers for React Native jobs with interviews that were almost comically easy (their words, not mine). I'm wondering if all this time I'm spending might not be super valuable if I can get a TC boost without spending all this time practicing (mostly) job-irrelevant algos. I'm based in NYC. I've been doing React Native for 6 years. I really enjoy developing in this space. Additionally, I'm comfortable with TypeScript, React, Node, a variety of common AWS services (certified Architect Associate), amongst other technologies. There's quite a bit more to my job history but these technologies represent the bulk of what I've done these past five+ years I'm looking for a TC boost. Any ideas you have would be appreciated, otherwise I'll just get back to grinding leetcode for the next 3-4 months and try to see what companies out there don't have hiring freezes. Thanks all 🙏
