Hi , To those who recently (<2 years) bought their house with Lennar, how did you go about verifying the documents and disclosures as they don't entertain realtors. (We can work with realtors but will have to pay for it on our own). Also anyone here who lives in Bridgeway community , could I DM you ? #housing
What are you worried about exactly? Something within the disclosures? Realtors are more like TPMs. "Verify" is title inspector and loan officer. If there's something weird in disclosures that's something more for an RE attorney or similar.

Biggest red flags that you will be super concerned about will be addressed in home inspection. May want to to ask earnest money clause as well from my exp as lennar loves to take earnest money if deal collapses after 30 days.

Have a lennar home their ok builds and always gonna have some problems. Get a home inspection to find any issues with the property ALWAYS and get another about 7 or 8m in

Good thing is they fix and address all of them and make sure to go to pre inspections on your own and look through the home with fine tooth comb even bring a friend to look too.
