Please comment on this home, location, school and community. How is the warm springs commute to Sunnyvale? Also I know it’s mostly earthquake prone area, but is it worth the risk? https://redf.in/jgUCXP
Curious, why do most most people on blind use Redfin? I’ve used Zillow to search rentals, and thought it is more popular atleast outside of Blind.
You can get a house with your own yard at that price +/-100k in Milpitas, or SJ in similar good school neighborhoods. House will ofcourse be slightly old and small, but owning a land with your home is better
How do u know the land is not included?
If it's an hoa community then you don't fully own the rights to the land. Whereas if you own a home with your parcel of land, you have right to it.
Great deal
I used to live near that area. School is great, small park is great. But School time traffic is a major concern. People park in front of your home. That street used to have full of cars parked on both sides. I don’t remember if is there were parking signs
Pretty good location. School traffic on Hackamore might be an issue but you can walk your kids to James Leitch.
I had a hotel out there and the area seemed okay. Not great not terrible.
For slightly above like $2M You can get a place in Cambrian or Almaden with a 6K SQ ft yard. And the shuttle will take you to Meta Sunnyvale as well
237 is bad
