I recently bought some 420 stuff using my passport as ID in california and really regretting the decision now. Did I mess up real bad? Would this create problems later on? I have used my DL a few times before to buy. I’m on h1b visa and have had extensions and stamping without any issue so far. Would this create a problems for my with the GC process? The wait time for GC is really long for me, so its going to be while before I go to the i485 stage. Also do dispensaries share data with anyone? I asked the guy at the store and he mentioned they just store basic info about id to see if id is legit or not, and they don’t share with anyone. I’m just regretting sharing my passport (I thought he’ll just look at it and say go instead of storing info, DL can be scanned). Please no troll comments, as I have been freaking out a lot since I bought and really regretting the decision. #workvisa #h1b
Not likely but there have been instances where people have had trouble renewing their visas coz of this. Bad move OP
420 is illegal as far as the Feds are concerned. If they raid the place, expect a visit.
Nawwww no one cares
What is 420?
You will be deported, probably. The dispensaries regularly supply a list of patrons to the federal gov to cross check with anyone who is on parole for narcotics distribution. Ever since the Trump era the DEA also looks for non-citizens and gives that list to USCIS. It happens about every 30 days or so, so I’d expect something soon. Just kidding, Happy Fourth!
Just relax. Nothing to worry.
Ghanta... You are 100% ok. Just chill. Jay bhole ki
You do go through background check during GC but not sure about depth. Done mule over it now. You should be fine.
You are paranoid man. Best advice is to lay off of the 420.
