Clari offer eval
I recently got an offer from Clari for an EM role. Wondering if the comp is good and do I need to ask more. Base: 250K 40K options worth 400K. Not op but I didn’t accept. Company looks like a h1b shop and seems like it didn’t get anywhere for many years. Never thought I would care about diversity lol. Also the recruiter was trying to convince me that my options will be worth a million.
Also has a history of layoff if you look on Glassdoor. Hopefully I made the right choice
