Workstyle at egencia
I have got an offer from Business travel division of expedia(Egencia). Want to know the company culture and growth is? How is the appraisal process and annual bonus stuff. Also, can someone let me know how the annual equity bonus works? How easy/difficult is growing up the ladder?
I'm interested in hearing more about Egencia too. The prospect of moving to France sometime is interesting.

One of the better performing units within the company. The future is bright.
Egencia is growing but not the better performing of the group, there are other better units. Ageee tho future is bright as they have churning positive numbers for a while.
Egencia is probably the best out of Expedia Group imo. I'd suggest seattle over San Francisco, France, or chicago
What function - Tech / Product / Business ? Both function and team will help in answering your questions better
Company is set up for success. Pretty slow in rolling out features at the moment. There are favorite employees in place for managers. So don't expect quick growth
Agree... Favoritism and politics run the day-to-day business. I'm always leery of a company that has large reorgs on an annual basis. At some point one has to stop pointing fingers at lower management and begin questioning upper management (VP up to C level).
What's the level and role?
