Can confirm above, former PNC here - bonuses heavily dependent on business unit & not generally given as target % put in writing. Bonuses were generally small, sometimes with a small amount of equity thrown in @ C4 level. Expect 0-20% based on business unit, with a high degree of variation depending on company performance and your manager’s perception of your personal performance. If you are not in a revenue generating LOB, more like 0-10%. If your LOB misses plan or manager doesn’t like you / has someone else on team they want to heavily reward, a little as nothing.
Bonuses vary based on the business unit, but you’ll normally get a few thousand. When my compensation was in the $60k range I got $2k bonus. About a paycheck’s worth. Raises are minuscule. 5% is rare. Normally 1-3%.
