Amongst the FAANG companies which has the most number of individuals whom pivoted their career and found their own Startup (successful or moderately successful). Can be individuals you personally know, or just someone you generally are aware in the industry. If multiple, select the highest, or last FAANG they worked for before founding their startup I realise this poll could be skewed for many reasons. E.g, the number of founders that have no or little prior big tech experience are much likely to have found their Startups.
Probably Amazon since they interview on LPs. LC skills do not translate to entrepreneurial success.
I think the heavy LP koolaid at amazon has a side effect of exporting people that are good at producing value for customers, which lends itself well for startups.
The real answer is Uber and Airbnb
