If things are equal, women should get paid a bit less because they can get pregnant. To balance that, you either subsidize women taking time off or require men to take the same amount of paternal leave as maternal.
Weird how levels position themselves as product leader in this space where their data is users’ submissions. That’s inaccurate or bias data.
It only exists when politicians try to compare average pay of woman to average pay of man. Women typically work in non STEM fields and that's where $$$ is. So overall of course women are paid less but when compared vs same work it's nearly non-existent across the board.

I read it. One telling sign is that they didn’t provide any numbers when calling out this said gap.
