Oracle OCI (IC3) offer/work evaluation
YOE: 4.5 Current TC: 25.5 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Offer(IC3): 31.6 Base(Including epf), 2 Lakh JB, 50 units per year shares TC First year: 35.6 Competing Offer: Morgan Stanley, Expecting 32-33 LPA(verbal) fix, plus undisclosed performance-based bonus at end of the year. I find work decent at Sixt here. However, OCI seems like a good brand from the outside. How are OCI folks finding the practices, ways of working. Is it too much on operational side? Looking at tickets and all? Is it too exhausting evaluating various options at OCI or does it have a clear direction? I even see a few people posting about moving from Amazon/Microsoft etc to OCI. Went with OCI , Morgan Stanley Round 1: lot of theory around Java Round 2: system design question around a system which processes incoming files from one format to another Round 3: Ds around arrays Round 4: design a hospital system, particularly class diagrams and questions around databases Sharding
