I am considering joining pinterest and would like to know about the culture more (pip, etc). Anyone sharing what they know is really appreciated!

Not in m10n - there are some teams with extremely poor wlb so this really is a case by case basis. My team is the worst wlb I’ve had (way worse than Amazon) team is online early morning through late evening, weekends etc.
