Amazon L3 support engineer 1 role vs Bosch Associate software engineer

**L3 Support Engineer 1** at Amazon and On campus (Tier 3 College) I got as **Associate Sofware Engineer** at Bosch. I am a CS Student 2023 and my long term goal is **Earning Money** at top PBCs or be a SDM Manager at 35 yrs. Now My Qn is , which should I choose keeping these pts ? a. A support role is not typical of that customer support role , it is a little technical role b. While Switching companies after 1.5-2 yr , will the recruiter select my resume for SDE roles , if I continue to be in amazon SE1 role., c. Joining letter hasnt came for Bosch and notice period is for 1 month in Amazon . Though Bosch will ask for immediate joining within 2 weeks . d. Will the recruiter see my work resume for selecting my resume for future roles or the company name as FANG ? e. Will the recruiter see my title Associate Software engineer or Support Engineer while selecting my resume in future ? e. Compensation BOSCH (47.5k ) < comp in amazon ( 60k ) inhand monthly Main Qstn will it be tough being in Support Engineer to switch to SDE , MTS of mncs in future ? @Amazon #engineering #software #swe
