PSA: You don't deserve a job. Stop begging for unions.

No one "deserves" a job. No one deserves stability just because they're too lazy to work and don't want to do anything with their lives. You earn a job and if you are put in the work and contribute tangible and meaningful output, you will be rewarded. If you fail to do so, you will be cut. This was the way of the Industrial Revolution, which brought forth modern society and all the technology and social and political organization and caloric safety that you're guaranteed today. Don't try to upend centuries of capitalism just because you're too lazy to grind a couple dozen problems on Leetcode if shit hits the fan. Look no further than the big banks, IBM-tier companies, universities, or the federal government as the failed stagnant bureaucracies that result when we condone "unions" and whatnot. In an ideal world, there is no such thing as pro-worker. There is only pro-Capitalism, pro-Economy, pro-Human Advancement, and pro-Everyone. And that means you keep your job if you deserve it—not that you're guaranteed one just as a condition of existing. Now get back to work. TC: 370k
