Completed final round interviews with Invesco for a Digital PdM, in the short stack along with 2 other candidates. I was hoping someone might be able to provide some feedback and insight. I'm a Product Manager w/2 YOE TC Package Discussed: base $120k annual bonus $20k 401k match 6% + annual profit sharing raising it to more like 8% RSUs (I forgot to ask about this, any recommendations would be helpful. Do you ask for these upon hire for a specific amount/% at your 1 year?) Signing Bonus - do they do these? I have a 401k loan with a current employer + a bonus I'll be leaving behind if hired Medical Benefits - does anyone have an idea of a biweekly deduction for Employee + dependents?
