Pakistan recruiters on LinkedIn

Is anyone getting reached out by recruiters from Pakistan regarding positions near to your current location in US. Their LinkedIn profiles looks ok, but their profile photos are weird. Like some teenage guys posing for a photo. I have received three messages in last two days. All of them are from different accounts, but from same location in Pakistan. Feels weird.
