Hello Community, I interviewed with Palantir (London) for Software Engineer new grad role. Background: Already have an FTE offer from Top tier MNC. Timeline: 1. Hackerrank Test (got skipped based on the Resume) 2. Karrat Screening 3. 3 back-to-back, Onsite rounds Coding Round(got skipped based on Karat round) Decomp Round Learning Round 4. Final Hiring Manager Round( Rejected) I'm considering reapplying for the role in a few months. Can someone tell me what's the cool-down period and whether I should give it a second attempt or not? Also, please share your views. #software #interview #palantir #swe #newgrad #london
