Palantir job offer - any h1b issues?

I've gotten a job offer from Palantir and they will do h1b transfer once I accept. I heard that there are more chances of rejection during stamping since Palantir does a lot of of defence contracts. Can anyone share your experiences? Did you face more scrutiny because employer does government/defence contracts and jobs? Also are you blocked by your Visa status for growth inside the company because most jobs need citizenship?

Being a non-citizen can screw with clearance and may limit you on that side of the house. Palantir has commercial work too though where being on visa won't matter at all. If they know you're on h1b and still made an offer they probably have commercial work lined up for you

I can confidently say that Palantir’s global mobility policy is (literally) the best in the industry. Also, not being a US citizen just means you won’t be placed on Gov projects anyways, but there are _plenty_ of things not related to Gov at all, so it doesn’t affect growth. Feel free to PM if you’d like to learn more.

How is Palantir interview level? Lc medium/hard? More focus on system design or coding?

Can attest to the comment about global mobility team being the best.
