Peter Thiel publicly stated that you guys cannot probably ever go public (IPO), so I am curious how you guys liquidate your stock into something you can use? I have heard you have done a stock buy-back capped at 20% but that still leaves a bunch of paper money on the table? Does Palantir pay dividends or are you guys all stuck with useless paper money?
I remember the last event you can liquidate 10% or 300k whichever is less. The events happen every 12-18 months.
So you'll be able to liquidate about half of your stock after 6-9 years, 75% of it in 12-18 years and 90% in 20-30 years. That is a really long time just to get your money out
A friend there told me they have liquidation events.
So how long does it take to liquidate 100% of your stock?
